I had the worst experience of my life at Oyo 10967 Dhola Maru Resort. Despite being a frequent traveler, I faced disappointing treatment from the staff when trying to have my sister visit me in my room. They had strict and unreasonable rules regarding guests, which led to a very uncomfortable situation. I ended up checking out before even spending the night, leaving me feeling frustrated and disrespected.
The air conditioning struggled to cool the room properly when the door had to be kept open.
The staff was unhelpful and disrespectful, especially regarding my request to have my sister in the room.
The location was decent, but the heavy rain prevented any options for going out.
I didn't have a chance to try the dining options, but I heard they serve burgers.
The hotel had laundry facilities, which I didn't use during my brief stay.
